To complete the form, answer the questions about date, harbor, officer position, etc then copy and paste you report data into the “Report Details” area at the bottom.
Upon submission of the form, a pdf file is created and placed in the “Officer Submitted Reports” under our “Board Member Reports / Financials and Committee Reports” folder, which is linked to the Member Documents page.
