How does it work?

Guests must complete the waiver forms before conducting any activity with the club.  The guest can access the forms from the website menus.

Who is required to complete a waiver?

Every non-member, adult or minor, participating in a Fairwind activity.

Who signs for a minor?

The minor's parent or legal guardian. A Fairwind member parent must sign for their own minor(s).

Does the parent have to be participating?

No. The parent/guardian signs for the minor whether or not they will be participating.

How often is a waiver required?

A new waiver is required for each activity. One waiver covers a multi-day cruise.

Who is responsible for making sure it is completed?

The Fairwind member bringing or hosting the non-member is responsible for ensuring the waiver is completed before participation.

How do I verify my guests have completed a waiver?

Use the View Recent Waiver Submissions menu option on the website.
